El Dia de los Muertos

October 4 through November 5

Opening Reception ~ Saturday * October 4
During the Walk About ~ 5 to10 p.m.

In the spirit of the Mexican holiday, Dia de los Muertos, The Next Door Gallery has invited local artists to create altars and other works commemorating people and memories of importance to them.

This is the 13th annual show and each year it has gotten more fabulous. It continues to be a favorite of the participating artists as well as the Gallery patrons.

Our festive opening is October 4. Meet the artists, participate in a free shrine workshop, and contribute your own memento to the community altar in the gallery.

We also have a wide variety of Mexican folk art for your personal altar or collection at home, and great Day of the Dead artist made cards.
